Teamwork, Collaboration and Alignment
Help the leadership team to align around a common teamwork model as a standard for how they will work together to achieve better results. We utilize teamwork tools to help teams improve their working relationships, trust, productive debate, etc.
We facilitate offsite team meetings to help teams align around goals/requirements, improve how they work together and build stronger working relationships.
We also conduct teamwork assessments to help the team identify issues that are preventing the team from achieving better results.
Leadership Capabilities and Competencies
Our one-on-one coaching process for leaders has a high success rate. These leaders may be preparing for possible advancement or they may have some developmental challenges impacting their effectiveness as a leader. This 9-month process helps leaders gather information on strengths/areas for improvements, lets them choose the areas they want to strengthen and gives them tools/development as they progress in their developmental journey.
We also provide leadership development programs over a 6 to 9 month period where intact leadership teams have an opportunity to participate in monthly leadership development workshops based on the Goodfriend Leadership Competency Model and review their implementation progress through use of monthly roundtables.
